There are two ways to accomplish this. Via Ad-Hoc or Group Policy
Ad-Hoc
- Press Windows + R to get “run” window and type “powercfg.cpl”
- In power options, click on "Choose what power buttons do"
- Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable"
- Scroll down, there you can able to see “Hibernate” option which is not ticked and tick it.
- Click Save Changes
Group Policy

- Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > File Explorer
- Open "Show hibernate in the power options menu"
- Select “Enable”
- Select “Apply,” then “OK,” and Hibernate will be available
