# Preheat grill to medium heat.
# Rub tenderloin with 2 teaspoons olive oil. Sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
# Toss zucchini pieces in remaining oil and sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.
# Grill pork to desired doneness. Internal temperature should read minimum 155 F., on meat thermometer.
# Grill zucchini until tender.
# Remove pork to cutting board. Cover with foil to keep warm.
# Prepare couscous according to package directions.
# Cut pork in thin slices. Serve with tomato lentil couscous and grilled zucchini.
