  1. In a dutch over or soup kettle, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink
  2. Drain, then add tomatoes, broth and zucchini, green peppers, celery, onion, and seasonings
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1:15 to 1:30 hours until Vegetables are tender
  5. Add macaroni
  6. Heat through
