Ingredients

• 1 Can Mandarins
• 2/3 Cup of Sugar
• 3 Tbs Cornstarch
• 1 1/3 Cup of Mandarin juice + water
• 2 Tbs Butter
• 1/2 - 2/3 can of Frozen Orange Juice
• Marachino Cherries
• Vanilla Ice Cream

The Fun Part

1. Mix Sugar and Cornstarch
2. Add water to mandarin juice to equal 1 1/3C of liquid and mix with previous step
3. Add butter and orange juice (add more oj to liquify to desired thickness)
4. Add chopped mandarin and marachino cherries
5. Bring to a boil, take off stove and leave to cool
6. Serve on ice cream
