The Fun Part

  1. Wash Fruit
  2. Put Oranges and Lemons into large saucepan
  3. Add the water and simmer for 3 hours
  4. Throw away lemons
  5. Cut oranges into quarters and scrape out the pulp, then put into a small saucepan
  6. Add 2 ladles of liquid from large saucepan into a small saucepan, including the pulp
  7. Boil for ten minutes, then let cool
  8. Thinly slice up the orange skins and add them back to the water in the large saucepan
  9. When small saucepan product is cooled, put into a muslin cloth and squeeze every drop you can into a bowl
  10. Add the just to the large saucepan and throw away and throw away what was left in the muslin cloth
  11. Leave this overnight
  12. Next day, add the sugar slowly into the large saucepan (Not letting it come to a boil) making sure that the sugar's completely desolved
  13. When sugar is disolved, bring to a voil and boil untul it sets on a froxen late
  14. When sugar is disolved, bring to a boil and (1 1/2 - 1  3/4Hrs)
  15. Fill Jars
