  1. Mix with meat while frigid (the colder it is, the less it will stick to your hands)
  2. make patties, or use pork casing for sausages

Notes

I've tried removing the crushed chili peppers, as research showed the same recipe more often than not, without the crushed peppers. It still ends up a bit spicy, but nothing exaggerated. Kids will probably not eat though.
