Ingredients

The Fun Part

  1. Mix flour, salt, italian seasoning, sugar and mix together with hands
  2. Add Yeast (Make sure you don't mix it with the salt, as it kills the yeast. Mix it after you've mixed all the dry stuff)
  3. Add 3/4 cup of hot water
  4. add oil
  5. put into steel bowl, and let rise for 15-20 minutes
  6. punch back down
  7. put oil on pan and spread out by hand
  8. Add veggie ingredients (fry quickly in garlic butter for added flavour)
  9. put on meat
  10. Preheat oven to 450
  11. cook on middle rack for 10 minutes
