The Fun Part

  1. Mix flour, salt, italian seasoning, yeast, sugar and mix together with hands
  2. Add 3/4 cup of hot water
  3. add oil
  4. put into steel bowl, and let rise for 15-20 minutes
  5. punch back down
  6. put oil on pan and spread out by hand
  7. Add veggie ingredients (fry quickly in garlic butter for added flavour)
  8. put on meat
  9. Preheat oven to 450
  10. cook on middle rack for 10 minutes
