  • 2 tbps chili flakes
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt

The Fun Part

  1. Mix into bowl
  2. Add chicken
  3. Let sit for 24h if possible (the longer the better)
