Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 ripe bananas, smashed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

The Fun Part

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Smash bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Beat two eggs till light and starting to bubble
  4. Add melted butter to the beaten eggs and beat more till mixed properly
  5. Add in the sugar, baking soda, salt, and vanilla to the beaten eggs
  6. Add ingredients to mashed Banana and mix till thick and brownish
  7. Add the flour last, mix.
  8. Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 1 hour.
  10. Cool on a rack.
  11. Serve!
