Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Chopped Basil Leaves
  • 2 Cups Lightly Packed Torn Parsley (Including Stems)
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 Cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese

The Fun Part

  1. Pulse together basil, parsley, hemp seeds, garlic, salt and pepper
  2. Add oil and vinegar in thin steady stream until smooth
  3. Scrape into large bowl, stir into lemon zest, lemon juice, and parmesan
  4. Serve with Pasta
