Ingredients
- 2 Cups Chopped Basil Leaves
- 2 Cups Lightly Packed Torn Parsley (Including Stems)
- 1/2 Cup Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
- 3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup White Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Lemon Zest
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3/4 Cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
The Fun Part
- Pulse together basil, parsley, hemp seeds, garlic, salt and pepper
- Add oil and vinegar in thin steady stream until smooth
- Scrape into large bowl, stir into lemon zest, lemon juice, and parmesan
- Serve with Pasta
