Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup - raw oats
  • 1 1/2 tbsp - Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp - Walnuts
  • 1/2 tbsp - Flax Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp - Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp - Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Dried Raisins
  • 1/2 Apple chopped with skin
  • 1/2 tbsp - Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Almond Milk

The Fun Part

  1. Mix in a 500ml Mason Jar
  2. Shake
  3. Top up almond milk
  4. Shake and store in fridge overnight
