Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup - raw oats
- 1 1/2 tbsp - Chia Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp - Walnuts
- 1/2 tbsp - Flax Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp - Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp - Sunflower Seeds
- 1 tbsp - Dried Raisins
- 1/2 Apple chopped with skin
- 1/2 tbsp - Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Almond Milk
The Fun Part
- Mix in a 500ml Mason Jar
- Shake
- Top up almond milk
- Shake and store in fridge overnight
