Ingredients
- 2 Cups of flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 2 1/4 tsp pizza yeast
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 3 gulps of oil (garlic preferred)
The Fun Part
- Mix flour, salt, italian seasoning, sugar and mix together with hands
- Add Yeast (Make sure you don't mix it with the salt, as it kills the yeast. Mix it after you've mixed all the dry stuff)
- Add 3/4 cup of hot water
- add oil
- put into steel bowl, and let rise for 15-20 minutes
- punch back down
- put oil on pan and spread out by hand
- Add veggie ingredients (fry quickly in garlic butter for added flavour)
- put on meat
- Preheat oven to 450
- cook on middle rack for 10 minutes
