Ingredients
1/4 cup sweet paprika
4 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
4 1/2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
The Fun Part
- Rub on 4 Racks of Ribs
- Pre-heat oven to 350F
- Put 2 Racks on bottom rack, and 2 racks on top
- Rotate after 1 hour
Notes
Heat BBQ to 400F and lather with BBQ Sauce, and heat until sugar gets dry/sticky
