Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sweet paprika

  • 4 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

  • 4 1/2 teaspoons dark brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

The Fun Part

  1. Rub on 4 Racks of Ribs
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350F
  3. Put 2 Racks on bottom rack, and 2 racks on top
  4. Rotate after 1 hour

Notes

Heat BBQ to 400F and lather with BBQ Sauce, and heat until sugar gets dry/sticky
